Unless you are a resident of the moon, by now you have to of heard about the pandemic involving the entire world populate and the dreaded coronavirus.



We wanted to take a moment to ensure you that the staff of Planet Nexus takes this situation, and your safety, very seriously.

Here are some steps we are taking due to this event:

• We have stepped up disinfecting/cleaning of all surface areas within the offices of Planet Nexus
  
• All staff members that have a position in which they can complete their daily task from home are being directed do such
  
• All attachments of the support forum are being scanned for viruses before being displayed and if found infected are removed

Now, some of our clients have voiced concern of our ability to weather the economic impact this pandemic may have on our operations and sustainability.

To this, please feel assured that our financial sovereignty is solid.  Since we charge our clients absolutely nothing for our services, we are confident we can maintain our balance sheet at an even zero dollars.  You should have confidence that we are well situated to ride out this pandemic financially.

So, to summarize, we are monitoring the developing COVID-19 threat and feel that we have taken the proper steps to address it.  As always, your health and safety are our top priority.
