|It is always hoped that people will be considerate of others and forum rules are not needed, but unfortunately that is not always the reality. So here are few simple guidelines. We will add or change this as needed.
We expect civility and family friendly language in all discussion content. Don' t try to get around word filters, and please seek to preserve the dignity of the other members in any disagreements or debates. Personal attacks will be removed and repeated bad behavior will result in loss of privileges or suspension of your account.
Avatar & Signature guidelines: Keep the total height of your signature to 200px or less. Images should not exceed 550px width, or 150px height. No flashy animations or disturbing images are allowed in profile images. (And yes, we will be the judge of what is flashy or disturbing and will remove them at sight.)
Support Requests: Do not PM administrators or other team members for support. Post in the support forum or open a private support ticket. The message board PM system is not a good format for any kind of support and we will not offer support that is requested by PM.
Use the Report button: If you see a problem post in a support topic, please let us know via the Report button that is at the bottom of every post. Let the moderators moderate. It is their job to keep the forum organized and accurate. When members try to correct other members, it is not always well-received and can cause hard feelings or escalate conflict.
At this time, users may have only one account and one NexAds page. We do plan to expand the service so that users may promote multiple sites. However, the beta version cannot support it at this time and we will disable multiple accounts as they are reported or discovered. We request your patience and know that this is a desired feature, so be assured it is in the development queue.
We welcome suggestions and constructive feedback in our Service Discussions and Feedback forum. If you wish to offer your suggestion or feedback privately, you may also use the private support ticket system for this purpose. That way, any or all of the support team members are able to respond.
