What's the deal with it, i have tried so many times now to register our boatd on it and all i get is this

I added Creative Animations with no issue. If this is the forum you were trying to add, I see an account for Mozzie and can put the forum into his account. If this wasn't the forum let me know the correct address and we can move forward however you'd like to proceed.

EDIT: What should i be seeing in my User CP, nothing in there about a directory?

At https://jcinkdirectory.com if you visit the control panel you should see Creation Animations listed within it.

All I did was type in the address, fill in the other info and poof, it appeared.
