38 degrees yesterday and still 30 degrees at 1.00 a.m. this morning, just a tad hot for getting a good sleep last night, it looks like Aussie is sharing their heat with us along with the smoke from the bushfires around Sydney..

Morning folks.
7.30 am and the street lights are still on. It is just starting to get light. Be getting darker again by 3pm.
Dont know what was going on yesterday...my server was down for ages. Maybe an overload of bots on the server? Seems ok now ,fingers crossed.

Yep. Lots of people suffer with SAD at this time of the year. Even now ,its daylight but not sunny. Just overcast and gloomy.

Sunrise here mid winter is about 7.00 a.m. and sunset about 5.00 p.m. and we find we get it a bit too.. Sunrise this morning was 5,30 a.m. with daylight savings, sunsets about 8.40 p.m. I think, so everyone would be happier but for the heat at present, it was still 29 degrees ay 7.30 a.m. this morning, that after the thermometer outside my back door hitting 37.9c yesterday, that was in the shade.. :(

Strange to note as usual the site I have that isn't advertised anywhere is getting more guests that my site that is listed here, the site listed here had 4 guests while the site that's not advertised had 9 guests plus Google, it brings me back to the question I've asked about 4 times so far of whether this site is being promoted anywhere besides on members sites and if not why not..

Bright and sunny at the moment and quite mild. Rained a bit in the night but not too much.
Sandy the site you advertise here and that appears on the nexus bar will only be advertised in those places. In order to advertise it more, you need to join other sites and have the link in your signature and profile. Yes it gets indexed by google, but you actually need to try promoting it more yourself. I suggest opening up more of the site than is viewable at present.
As for the other site,I can only assume it gets more visitors because all of it is viewable, even the admin section btw. You need to sort the permissions for that asap. Even guests can see it.
I advertise my site on every site I’m a member of. Advertise advertise its the only way to get it out there, plus join other sites and affiliate with them. Just my humble opinion. Skyon can probably explain it better.
