Sandy: Problem with quote button

Wondering if you just aren't familiar with what to look for.
When you use the QUOTE button, look below to the Quick Reply box. At the top of it, you will see this:
You have selected one or more posts to quote. Quote these posts now or deselect them.
Clicking the first link (underlined) will deposit the post you are quoting in the quick reply text area. Clicking the second link will deselect the quote and the box will go blank again and ready for new content.
