Sure, we will change that.
It was set to merge as a precaution to someone coming in and spamming topics. Since Archer has implemented our super-charged spammer protections, mass spammer registrations have effectively been stopped. So we can change the merge rules now.
The post merge has been reset to 5 minutes. If you follow your reply with another post during the 5 minutes after submitting, the post will be merged. If its longer than 5 minutes, it will post as a new reply.
