Post merging.

I notice that if we make 2 or more replies in one thread, the replies all get merged into one post, IMHO iy can start looking a bit.. untidy if there's several replies and quotes merged, and both quotes and replies are fairly long.. Is there any way we can stop post merging and just have one post per reply and quote at a time rather than all merged into one post? It'd make finding what we need to know easier too..
