I added planetnexus.net in my U-block adblocker whitelist. But I have to turn it off in the tool bar for the bar to display. [FireFox] Maybe this will help someone.

So have I, but only for this place though. It's still not showing up for mine (and of course I didn't add the code to all other skins yet. I'm busy with other things). When I do this (as much as I hate doing it), I will let you know.
