We wanted to take a moment to ensure you that the staff of Planet Nexus takes this situation, and your safety, very seriously.

Here are some steps we are taking due to this event:
Now, some of our clients have voiced concern of our ability to weather the economic impact this pandemic may have on our operations and sustainability.

To this, please feel assured that our financial sovereignty is solid.  Since we charge our clients absolutely nothing for our services, we are confident we can maintain our balance sheet at an even zero dollars.  You should have confidence that we are well situated to ride out this pandemic financially.

So, to summarize, we are monitoring the developing COVID-19 threat and feel that we have taken the proper steps to address it.  As always, your health and safety are our top priority.

Thank you for your support and focus, as we work together to get through this challenging period.

Thanks for a smile. :-)

I've been getting all kinds of similar emails. Oddly, they are mostly from companies that I never have any face-to-face contact with. (Utilities, online accounts etc).

Me too. Figured we needed to get our message out there to our loyal members as well :)

RE: Important Update - Sandy - 03-16-2020

The emails are doing the rounds here too, I've had several now, mostly from companies I deal with online, so no physical contact with them in any way.. The strange thing is, we've only had 5 or 6 cases, those were only mild infections and told to self isolate and contact their GP or hospital if symptoms worsen, so far knock on wood no one has gotten worse to date here..
