We leave some of the people, then they can remove all the animals. The remaining people can then remove themselves.

Of course, there will be a few that remain hidden and in isolated locations. We would then need to release some form of toxin into the atmosphere to spread around the world.

Yet, there will be those "leaders" that hide in bunkers and such so they won't be taken down by the airborne toxin.

I'm sure there will be a janitor in the underground bunker that has six kids who didn't listen to the quarantine order and hung out with their friends. Their friends had the virus and gave it to the janitor's kids. They, in turn, infected the janitor. Now the janitor is locked up in an airtight bunker with the leaders. The leaders now have become infected, and subsequently, most die from the virus.

So the remaining few will come to the surface when they feel the air is clear to breath again.

Yet the disease from all the corpses has filled the air and those survivors are overcome and soon die from disease and starvation. Starvation due to nothing to eat since all animals are dead and crops died due to no one tending to them.

So, in the end, the world is a dead place despite the greed of the few who thought they could cheat death.

As such, it's probably a simple solution that we quarantine ourselves for a month or two and wait out the end of coronavirus to happen.

Then we can move forward with our lives since we are all alive still. At that point in time, we need to find out exactly who released the virus onto us all and bomb those suckers off the face of the earth :D

In the mean time, all the elderly and those with chronic health problems like diabetes, COPD, asthma etc are the first to die, chances are some are still productive members of society..

Morning folks,

We all know where the virus came from...dont we... ;)  :D :)

Well..the UK is on lockdown. All pubs, clubs, cafes, restaurants, gyms etc have been ordered to close as of last night. All non essential travel is not advised. The army has 20,000 troops on standby as well.

The Chancellor,(the money man) has basically written a LOT of blank cheques for businesses, workers etc. Unprecedented really.

I cant visit my elderly parents(mum has COPD) or my brother. I phone mum at least twice a week though to keep in touch. Thats all we can do at the moment. Stay safe everyone.

I hope people know where Covid 19 came from by now, if they don't they're dead already..

Here's hoping your day today will be/has been a good day.

Decided I'm going to stop watching the news for a few days. Time to step back from all this sensationalism of today's journalism.

Think I'll go for a walk :)

RE: RANDOM comments - Sandy - 03-22-2020

Sounds like a plan, I'd go out myself, but I'm one of the high risk people here, so it'll pay to stop home as much as possible for a while.. We're up on level 2 at present, as of midday yesterday we had 57 confirmed cases and zero deaths, most folk seem to be heeding the warnings..

RE: RANDOM comments - Helena - 03-23-2020

Our city has a stay-home order now. Thank God you can still take a walk if you want. It should be warm enough tomorrow to do that. At least there will be yard stuff to do soon, so a reason to be outside more. That is always a peace-bringing activity for me.

We had a warm day last week. On my walk, I had to keep crossing the street to keep the safe distancing, but it was nice to see neighbors out and about in their yards.

We have a great neighborhood. Lots of volunteers willing to shop for those at high risk, and neighbors have started to use the little free lending library boxes scattered around to leave extra food for others. I have some things I can put out there, so will plan to take them with me on my next walk. There are some good things that happen when there are community challenges.

Also, people are adopting pets like crazy during this time. And the shelter says they have more offers to foster than are needed for probably the first time ever. I guess people either want something furry and loveable around for comfort now----or they just finally have time to spend with a new animal. Whichever, its kind of a fun unexpected side effect.

RE: RANDOM comments - Sandy - 03-23-2020

As of mid day yesterday, (monday here) we went up to level 3 on the alert so things are noticeable here now, only essential services are operating and they're taking pretty tight precaurions.. They've also said for the elderly and high risk patients like myself stay home as much as is possible and wear masks if we have to go shopping or such.. I guess we can call ourselves lucky in that as of mid day yesterday there was only 102 confirmed cases throughout the country, thankfully no deaths as yet, possibly because our government acted quickly getting information out and taking all other necessary precautions..

RE: RANDOM comments - Jane - 03-24-2020

Morning folks.

Well this morning,Britain is officially on lockdown.Knew it would happen. Long lists of things you can and cant do. The prime minister made an address to the nation last night. Scary times.  Stay safe everyone.
