Have you opened the Help panels in your NexAds control panel? Look for the bright blue ? icon in the upper right corner of each section in the control panel. It will tell you what that control is about and how to use it.

Methinks I'm going to need an upper to counteract the morphine while I'm sorting out my page proper, that and a few more brain cells..

I'm a bit puzzled that none of the feedback so far is about the actual system itself.

So let's try again.... what do you like about how it works?
What don't you like about it?
Is anything confusing?
Did anything surprise you?

Is there any way of making the NexAd page a little easier to use? A short spiel under each thing we can change/add or whatever so we don't spend all our time on the FAQ page figuring what does what etc..

We've got you covered!

In the control panel, in each  section you will see a help icon. It looks like this:



Click on it and a panel will open with instructions for that section of the control panel.

If you find any instructions that are not detailed enough, let us know which ones need a little more explanation and we will try to make them more clear.

Old dummies like me need things in plain simple to understand english, hopefully that is..

Sandy, please be specific about what exactly is confusing or unhelpful to you, so we can clarify the language.
