Loving our Users Online Today mod. It is very helpful for getting rid of spammer signups. There they are, brightly proclaimed on the index page.

Today we had someone complete their registration that was peddling a porn site. Thankfully, they never got a chance to post. Not liking that trend at all.

In the old Nexus, I brought up a question about "SEO through backlinks" as part of its system. Can anybody refresh me on that again? I've completely forgotten... do forgive me. I'm not sure if that also relates to if a link source is posted anywhere on the forum (say like a news article from BBC or HowToGeek), would one get traffic based on these links? That was something I've been wondering about for a while so please clear things up for me.

They're back up, although I should mention that the forum had been down a bit too. The error message said that the SQL had "gone away". How strange.
