Still wondering why I usually get such a gap on the upload speeds, that sort of gap should only happen on our down speeds when the net goes from being quiet to really busy..

This upload speed difference could be a lot of things.

Your PC could be communicating with something on the internet, like updates to/from your PC.

It could be your neighbors. Although it is much less a problem than it used to be Internet Service Providers over sell networks. You share the bandwidth with many other people that live near you. The teenager down the street running torrents can cause a massive issue for others.

Usually it's not one simple thing that can be pointed out that can cause this speed difference you are seeing.

Morning folks. Clocks went back an hour last night..so extra hour in bed. Well not for me..I’m always up early. 

A chill is in the air..autumn has well and truly arrived. Nice change from the horrendous amount of rain we’ve been having.

Now you want to throw another hour difference into the scenario . . . that's just crazy talk!
