If you look at the Stats Wall for the NexSys (

Glad to see you posted a blurb! Anything to spruce up your
NexAd Page is a good thing!
Hadn't noticed that link, not conciously anyway.. :S
I tought adding something like a blurb was one way of letting folk know what's happening on my site, who knows, someone may get interested enough to join because of ir.. I didn't see if there was a character limit for blurbs, I was going to add more but thought I might get cut off mid sentence, is there a limit on how much we can say in one blurb?
Yes sir, when you enter your blurb, it says "Maximum of 300 characters allowed".
Sandy,
You should add a logo to your default (guest) view of your forum.
I've been wondering who to ask for one, our Helena did a very good Misy Woods based one I used on my old Zetaboards site, unfortunately my back up got lost with Tinypics closing down.. :( I'm not sure how to add a logo and get it centred on MyBB, so that's an added problem..
Here are several images from your old Zetaboards forum that might come in handy:
To assist you in placing your logo really depends upon how heavily the forum provider has modified the Administrative Control Panel.
The default method in MyBB is . . .
ACP > Templates & Styles > "select theme" > scroll down page to:
Quote:Board Logo
Location of the board logo used in this theme (this is the logo that appears at the top of each page).
Again, I don't know how they are allowing you to modify the logo.
The one with the huts was what I was thinking, I guess I'll soon find out if it's logo size,, Cheers..
I finally uploaded to imgur and used the following link, the old banners gone on my test site, but the new one isn't showing..
https://imgur.com/PR5d68I
I finally got it showing, but I can't see how to resize it, currently the huts take up my whole screen if I leave it there, pity as that's what I'd like to use.. :(
Did a quick search of your forum providers support forum. They have a poster that states:
Quote:Firstly go to Templates and Style in the ACP and under "File Manager" upload your desired logo. You will then be provided with a link to the logo which you'll need to copy and paste into the "board logo" section under ACP > Templates and Style> Your theme > Board Logo.
